1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8800w platform and its users. The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The 8800w website, mobile version and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has opened an account on 8800w or is using the platform.
• "Account" — The user's personal registered profile.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Any financial bet or game session placed on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or additional funds provided by 8800w.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the latest Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

3 Account Verification and Security

3.1 Identity Verification

8800w reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested as part of this process:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank account or mobile banking statement
• Utility bill or other government-issued document as proof of address

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended until verification is complete. 8800w stores all submitted documents securely using SSL encryption.

3.2 Account Security

The user is obligated to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized use or a security breach is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 8800w: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable for all methods).

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (wagering requirement).
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must place ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets.
• Maximum example: On a ৳42,000 deposit you receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• One account is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 8800w reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts may result in immediate account closure.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on 8800w are operated on the basis of fair play principles. The outcome of every game is determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Gaming Guidelines

• Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.
• Any unusual win resulting from a technical error may be voided.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In live casino games, if a connection is lost, the result will be determined based on the last confirmed state.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 8800w reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8800w platform:

• Creating more than one account in one person's name.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity or false information.
• Systematically abusing bonuses solely for profit ("bonus hunting").
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to find or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or insulting other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Rights of 8800w

8800w reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions
• Failure of identity verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Court order or government directive

8.2 Closure at User's Request

9 Limitation of Liability

8800w is not liable for the following:

• Disruption of a game session due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to reasons attributable to the user (sharing passwords, losing a device).
• Losses caused by issues with third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers).
• Changes to or discontinuation of services due to changes in law.

8800w's total liability will never exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
